  1. Cut the bacon into pieces..
  2. Get the water boiling. Add the pasta and heat the bacon and butter in a pan..
  3. Slice the garlic and add to the bacon drippings and butter mixture. Add the oregano and thyme..
  4. When the the garlic is browned a bit add salt and add the bacon back to the pan..
  5. When the pasta is just done, add the pasta straight from the pot using a dipper..
  6. Add the cheese and butter. Stir in a couple of ladles full of pasta water. Allow it to get creamy don't let the cheese clump up stir a lot..
