- Prepare 2 (8 oz) of packages cream cheese.
- You need 1 cup of bacon pieces.
- Prepare 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
- It's 1 (1 oz) package of dry ranch.
Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball! step by step
- mix all together except 1/2 cup of shredded cheese...set that aside (room tempature cream cheese is best to work with).
- roll entire mix into a big ball.
- roll big ball in extra cheese that was set aside!.
Pour bacon bits in a plate or pie tin. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball with your hands. Roll ball in bacon bits till covered. Roll the cream cheese into the shape of a ball and so the crumbled bacon covers the ball. A perfectly easy and delicious appetizer!
