  1. Cut stems out of mushrooms..
  2. Fill mushrooms with cheese. Top with bacon..
  3. Sprinkle Ranch dressing seasoning over top..
  4. Bake in 350° oven until cheese is melted..

These stuffed mushrooms are filled with a savory mixture. The cream cheese brings the mixture together, but the bacon is the star of this recipe. Top the mushrooms off with shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or Parmesan cheese just before they're done baking. In medium bowl, stir onion mixture, bacon, cheeses and mustard until well blended. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps; place filled sides up in pan.
