Ingredients of Fresh Pineapple Pie !

1. It's 6-8 of pineapple rings.
2. Prepare 2 of puff pastry.
3. It's 250 g of cottage cheese.
4. You need of Sugar (for caramelizing the pineapple rings).
5. Prepare of Butter (for caramelizing).
6. Prepare of You can add anything else you want in the pie.

Fresh Pineapple Pie ! instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 celcius (392 F).
2. Caramelize the pineapple rings until nice and brown.
3. Put the puff pastry as pad and walls in any bowl you like (of course the bowl needs to handle heat).
4. Put the cottage cheese on puff pastry and even it out.
5. Add the pineapples on top.
6. Cut out lines of pastry and put like you see in any other pie example(this pie is cooked) and apply egg wash.
7. Put it in the oven for 30 -35 minutes.
8. Take it out and enjoy !.
